Alem Hotel - Yerevan

I had the most delightful experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I was warmly welcomed by the owner, who showed great hospitality and charm. Any issues that arose were quickly rectified, and their helpfulness overcompensated for any inconveniences.

Wow! The staff at this hotel was simply amazing! They were so helpful in every way possible. They assisted us with ordering food, called taxis for us and even went the extra mile of giving us extra shampoo when we asked for it. The rooms were really spacious and sparkling clean. , the location was perfect as it was close to key attractions and activities in the city. We really enjoyed the thoughtful assistance and service offered by the hotel staff.

While we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, there was one issue we faced with the shower. The bathroom shower was designed in a way that caused water to spill over the bathroom floor.

The hotel is located very closely to the airport, which is a great advantage for travelers with layovers. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, from ordering food to arranging taxis in the middle of the night. the rooms are spacious and very clean.

The shower arrangement in the bathroom can be inconvenient. the shower is placed over the floor, so you may get your feet wet if you need to use the toilet right after showering.

the staff there were amazing, always smiling and helpful. They even offered a ride to the nearest mall for some last minute gifts. the hotel was located near the airport, which helped me with my travel plans. the room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom also had toiletries provided, which was a pleasant surprise.

the shower was designed poorly, the whole bathroom floor would get wet every time I took a shower, and it was really difficult to dry out.

The owner's hospitality and charm, cute and helpful staff, assistance with food and taxi, spacious and clean rooms.
